Fairfax County Wastewater Announces New In-Person and Walk-In Service Hours

Starting Tuesday, Feb. 22, 2022, the hours of operation for in-person and walk-in service for the Wastewater Management front counter (The Sewer Counter) at 12000 Government Center Parkway, suite 358 are changing. The new hours will be 9 a.m. – Noon. (Current hours are 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.). 

These hours match the hours of the lobby at the Herrity building to accommodate all in-person assistance and to address a recent staffing shortage. The wastewater front counter team can be reached at DPWES-FFXSewerReview@fairfaxcounty.gov and at 703-324-5015 from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with any questions or concerns regarding wastewater reviews, fee payments and general sanitary sewer inquiries.
