Land Development Services Has Updated the Water Quality Impact Assessment Application

 

As part of our effort to ensure consistency, speed and predictably of the review process, the Fairfax County Department of Land Development Services (LDS) has updated the Water Quality Impact Assessment (WQIA) application.

 

The latest revision incorporates a table of requirements for all Major WQIA submissions beginning May 15, 2022. The contents of this table directly align with the existing Major WQIA criteria established under Technical Bulletin 20-02. As a reminder, submitters should always reference the link to the online form to ensure the latest version is being used when submitting the WQIA.
