LDS Offers Training on New Simplified Infill Detention Method September 21

Land Development Services (LDS) issued Technical Bulletin 22-06 “Localized Flooding Mitigation Policy for Residential Infill Development Detention Requirements” on August 5, 2022. This new policy became effective September 5, 2022. It offers a simplified detention method as a means of mitigating the flooding impact for residential infill development.

LDS is offering a 3-hour training session on this simplified infill detention method (SIDM) and tools available to support the design computations and engineering drawings. The virtual training is scheduled for September 21, 2022, from 1 – 4 p.m.

The video of this training session will be available on YouTube after the training session is complete.
