Planning and Land Use System Update: Dec. 22, 2022
- Many customers have contacted Land Development Services (LDS) since Oct. 31 when the Planning and Land Use System (PLUS) Release 4 went live. While the new PLUS system has been successful for new applications, the migration of data from ProjectDox did not go smoothly. We have worked very hard and believe all the issues related to migration have been fixed.
- Once we discovered the migration problems, we set up a form that allowed customers to alert us to their PLUS issues. If you submitted a request to us via that form, you should have received an email from us on Tuesday, Dec. 20 letting you know the issues have been solved.
- If you are still encountering an issue in PLUS, we may not be aware of it. Please take a moment to submit a new report at this link. This will alert us to your issue and help us further identify what’s going on so we can efficiently address it.
- With regards to the other issues that initially impacted PLUS, those have been resolved, and staff have minimized delays for customers. (See our current status online.)
