County Systems Continue to Experience Operational Issues

The County's Department of Information Technology has identified the root cause of the technical issue hindering PLUS customer and staff ability to access, upload and download documents creating delays and errors in permit processing. They are actively working to resolve this issue and we anticipate full resolution this afternoon. To facilitate this update, the PLUS system will be taken offline for approximately 30 minutes after 2:00 pm today. We apologize for the inconvenience and will post a notice once the issue is resolved.
