LDS Improves Phone Tree Experience

Land Development Services (LDS) is excited to announce updates to our main phone line at 703-222-0801. These changes will create a more streamlined, customer-focused experience by simplifying the previous phone tree, reducing caller confusion and misdirected selections, and enhancing customer service metrics to better meet customers’ needs.

The LDS Customer Experience Team (CET) will triage incoming phone inquiries and, when appropriate, direct callers to the relevant business subject matter experts and resources. This will help ensure customers reach the appropriate staff quickly and consistently.
