Subdivision Grading Plans Submission Process and Requirements

Land Development Services has posted a new Technical Bulletin documenting submission procedures and requirements for Subdivision Grading Plans (SDGPs).

LDS has also published an SDGP Checklist to facilitate consistency in plan preparation and review. The checklist is not required to be submitted with SDGPs but is published to aid plan preparers. Submitting a plan fulfilling all requirements creates an opportunity for expeditious approval by staff, and the checklist is published to clarify expectations for SDGP content to aid plan preparers to meet those expectations on first submission plans.

This bulletin also discusses the scenarios of model homes prior to subdivision and homeowner improvements of sold lots within bonded subdivisions.
