Updates to Building

Updated resubmission fee logic for Commercial Addition/Alteration (ALTC) application.

Resubmission fees align with the Appendix Q fee schedule and do not require manual correction by staff.

Added disclaimer on building search screen to inform customers about volumetrics reporting limitations.

Customers now see the following message on the building search screen, “The PLUS search function should not be used for volumetric reporting.”

Added instructions for building customers for the “Record Information” tab.

Instructions on the PLUS home screen direct customers to helpful information for their respective record, such as workflow and processing details found under the Record Information tab.

Updated Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation (DPOR) logic for residential demolition applications.

Due to the improved logic added to demolition permit records, contractors can now directly enter and link their active DPOR license number.

Updates to Site

Updated the floodplain study record so the wetland delineator licensed professional is not required information on the record.

Floodplain studies may now be properly applied for in the system without having to enter a wetland delineator license.

Updated Infill (INF) and Conservation (CON) plan revisions to add an option for minor revision.

Customers can now apply for minor revisions for INF and CON plan types, without requiring assistance from staff.
